Flora Poura is a floral piece in theme made with multi-layered pours (do you get it? Flora Poura? ;) The organic nature of the style I work in, lends itself well to much of the natural world, but especially in that of a multi-layered diverse garden... that which is full of contrasts of shapes, patterns, transparency and luminosity. It also mimics my painting style in that it is wild and tamed both i.e. in a paint-pour, you can control only so much. Nature has the upper hand usually :). A painting like this also "grows" in a similar sense to to garden... adding elements and layers as needed.
