Diaphanous Abstract was created with layers of pours and acrylic skins, and was inspired by forms in nature. It was painting using nature (gravity, heat, alchemy) in an effort to mimic nature. Each layer of paint, and element of the painting, informs the next… similar to that of Daoist teachings of “the way”.
